Please note: SACP is not able to provide audio-visual resources for panel and individual presentations in its sessions. To request audiovisual services (such as a data projector setup) or catering for your sessions, see the APA’s web site for the meeting. Web links for making requests, with information about costs, will be available there by this autumn. There are significant charges for these services: meeting rooms are not equipped with data projectors by default. All equipment requests must be made no later than January 6, 2017.
DUES: Conference session participants are required to be BOTH SACP members and to register for the APA Central meeting. See the APA’s web site.

The Society for Asian and Comparative Philosophy was established in 1967 as a non-profit organization aimed at advancing the development of the disciplines of Asian and comparative philosophy in the international academic arena, and bringing together Asian and Western philosophers, as well as other scholars interested in Asian and world philosophy, for a mutually beneficial exchange of ideas. The Society seeks to provide the professional outlet for philosophers doing work in non-Western and comparative areas of philosophy. The group serves as the largest and most well-known professional organization for scholars in the fields of Asian and global philosophy.
