Dear Collegues,
I am writing on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Society for Asian and Comparative Philosophy (SACP). Now that our 2026 annual conference has concluded, I would like to thank everyone who participated in-person at Manipal or online. You all helped make the event a great success.
As you know, the activities of the SACP depend upon the financial support of its members. If you attended the 2026 conference but have not yet paid your conference registration fee and/or annual membership dues, I kindly ask that you do so at your earliest convenience.
The fees for 2026 are as follows:
Those who previously received confirmation from the SACP that their late fee would be waived may pay the original conference registration fee of $150.
Payments may be submitted through PayPal (the preferred method, as it reduces administrative time and paperwork). For Indian nationals and others who cannot use PayPal, please submit your payments through Wise. If PayPal and Wise both prove problematic, please let us know and alternative arrangements can be made.
If you are unsure whether your conference registration fee and/or membership dues have already been paid, please let me know and I will be happy to check our records.
If you would like more information regarding payment methods, or if you have any other questions or concerns, please contact me at mikedufresne2013@PROTECTED.
On behalf of the SACP, thank you for your continued support of the Society. We greatly appreciate your contributions and look forward to seeing many of you again at future SACP events.
Sincerely,
Michael Dufresne
SACP Treasurer

The Society for Asian and Comparative Philosophy was established in 1967 as a non-profit organization aimed at advancing the development of the disciplines of Asian and comparative philosophy in the international academic arena, and bringing together Asian and Western philosophers, as well as other scholars interested in Asian and world philosophy, for a mutually beneficial exchange of ideas. The Society seeks to provide the professional outlet for philosophers doing work in non-Western and comparative areas of philosophy. The group serves as the largest and most well-known professional organization for scholars in the fields of Asian and global philosophy.
