Subject: SACP Listserv SACP 2019 Elections (reminder)
Date: October 31st 2019

Dear SACP members,

This is a reminder email about the SACP 2019 Elections. If you have already voted, please disregard this message.

This year the Society elects three officials: a Vice President, Secretary, and a Board Member.

By the end of this calendar year, Jin Y Park will complete her term as President of the SACP, and Bryan W. Van Norden will begin his Presidency in January 2020 for a two-year term. Wen Haiming will step down after completing his term as Board Member, as will Marzenna Jaubczak after completing her term as Secretary. Thanks for your service to the Society!

Because of these changes, we have to elect a new Vice President (who will automatically become President upon the conclusion of Bryan's term), a new Secretary, and a new Board Member.  (Nominations were solicited at the previous general meeting of the Society.)  Please complete and email the attached ballot and send it to Bryan W. Van Norden, Vice President at SACPelection2019@PROTECTED by 8 November 2019.

Best wishes,

Bryan
