The Society for Asian and Comparative Philosophy invites submissions to be considered for inclusion in panels at the upcoming APA Central Division Meeting. Submissions focusing on any area of Asian and/or Comparative philosophy will be considered. Both individual papers and completed panel proposals are encouraged.
REQUIRED (for each paper proposal):
- Title of Paper
- Name of Presenter
- Presenter’s Affiliation
- Presenter’s e-mail address
- Indicate whether you are willing to Chair your panel
- Approximately 200-word Paper Abstract
REQUIRED (for each panel proposal): - Title of Panel
- Chair of the Panel
- Title of each Paper
- Name of each Presenter
- Affiliation of each Presenter
- E-mail address of each Presenter
- Approximately 200-word Paper Abstract for each Paper
- Name and Affiliation of Panel Chair

The Society for Asian and Comparative Philosophy was established in 1967 as a non-profit organization aimed at advancing the development of the disciplines of Asian and comparative philosophy in the international academic arena, and bringing together Asian and Western philosophers, as well as other scholars interested in Asian and world philosophy, for a mutually beneficial exchange of ideas. The Society seeks to provide the professional outlet for philosophers doing work in non-Western and comparative areas of philosophy. The group serves as the largest and most well-known professional organization for scholars in the fields of Asian and global philosophy.
